Welcome to VMENG YZYi (hereinafter referred to as "we"). This Shipping Policy governs all delivery‑related terms for orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the content of this policy. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Shipping‑Available Countries & Regions

Available shipping countries and regions are subject to the shipping template displayed on the checkout page. If no shipping option appears at checkout, online ordering to that location is not supported. If you need delivery to an unsupported location, you may contact us for further inquiry. We do not guarantee that such service will be available.

Shipping Cost

Final shipping cost is calculated based on total order quantity, weight and destination country. The final shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page. Any freight displayed elsewhere on the website is for reference only.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • In‑stock items will be dispatched directly.
  • For out‑of‑stock orders, we will notify you of the revised dispatch time for your confirmation. If you do not accept the updated timeline, you may cancel your order and obtain a full refund.
  • For custom‑made products, the approximate dispatch timeframe will be communicated and confirmed with you during quotation and negotiation.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated transit time is for reference only, subject to information shown on product detail pages and the checkout page for the corresponding country/region. Estimated delivery cannot be treated as a guaranteed delivery date.

International Trade Terms (Incoterms® 2020)

  • Our default delivery term is DAP (Delivered at Place). Under DAP terms, we deliver goods to your designated destination; import customs clearance, import duties, VAT and all local import fees shall be borne by you as the customer.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is applied at our sole discretion after order submission. No DDP option is shown on the checkout page. DDP may be adopted for most regular orders, subject to the destination country’s prevailing customs policies. For high‑value bulk orders and custom‑made orders, trade terms will be notified separately. For regular orders where DDP cannot be performed, the order will be fulfilled under the default DAP term. No separate notification will be sent, and refunds will not be granted solely due to DDP unavailability.

DAP / DDP follows Incoterms® 2020 rules.

Tracking Shipments

Once goods are dispatched, we will send you tracking information via email. Please monitor delivery status using the provided tracking number.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or non‑delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, public health events, customs policy adjustments, logistics suspension, carrier delays and other force‑majeure events.

Parcel Issues

  • If parcels are lost, damaged or held by customs, please contact us promptly and provide photos, videos and tracking evidence. We will handle this in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
  • You must notify us of parcel loss, damage or customs detention within 14 calendar days after delivery or estimated delivery date. Claims submitted beyond this time window will not be accepted.
  • Our maximum compensation for lost or damaged parcels shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses.
  • Refusal of customs clearance or refusal to pay import duties/taxes by customer shall be your responsibility; related return, disposal and extra costs will be borne by you.
