Account Responsibilities
You may create a user account to place orders, view order history and submit after‑sales applications. You are responsible for keeping your account password secure, and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide true, accurate and complete information when registering or placing orders. You shall not use our website for any illegal, fraudulent or malicious purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect abnormal operations, fraud or violation of these terms.
Orders & Pricing
All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping costs, import duties or taxes of the destination country, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
After you submit an order, we will confirm order information and proceed with production or shipment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders under circumstances including obvious price errors, suspected fraud, out‑of‑stock goods or unreasonable large‑volume orders.
It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping and contact information. Additional costs caused by wrong addresses, recipient information errors will be borne by you.
- Spot‑goods orders will be shipped directly. For out‑of‑stock orders, we will arrange urgent production and notify customers accordingly.
Custom‑Order Rules
For custom‑made products, you need to confirm samples, artwork, specifications and other details via email, chat messages or other text‑based communications. Once you give text‑based confirmation and the order enters production, custom‑goods cannot be cancelled for personal reasons.
- The production lead‑time for custom‑made orders will be communicated and confirmed with you before production starts.
We will produce strictly according to your confirmed requirements. If modification requests are put forward after production starts, extra costs and production delays may occur.
Payment
You agree to pay all corresponding fees for your orders. We support payment methods displayed on the checkout page.
If payment fails, is disputed or charged‑back without valid quality‑related reasons, we have the right to suspend shipment, withhold after‑sales services and pursue corresponding liabilities.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time is for reference only; delays may be caused by logistics, customs clearance, force‑majeure events. We are not liable for compensation for logistics delays beyond our reasonable control.
Import duties, customs fees and local taxes of your destination country shall be borne by you, unless special DDP terms are applied to your order.
- Prohibited shipping countries are subject to the shipping template displayed on the checkout page.
All shipping‑related details are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Returns, Refunds & After‑sales
- All return and refund matters shall be implemented in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Service Terms.
